Wedding photographer Venice. A french destination wedding in Italy. Civil and symbolic ceremony. Palazzo Cavalli – Villa Barbarich
For a photographer, a wedding set in Venice is always a special event, because Venice can give that atmosphere and charm to events that only an extraordinary setting is able to donate.
For Orianne and Philippe, a wonderful young French couple, the wedding event coincided with their first visit to Venice and they couldn’t have chosen a better occasion!
A clear warm summer day welcomed the couple at their awakening at Villa Barbarich, where they got ready for the official ceremony, which was celebrated as a civil marriage, with great emotion, at Palazzo Cavalli.
After a short walk we reached the restaurant near Rialto, where there was an elegant buffet. When the buffet had finished we took the opportunity to walk around and take some photos, before heading back to Villa Barbarich where the couple attended a symbolic, intimate and informal wedding ceremony.
An amazing day that ended with a refined wedding dinner, whose set-up was curated by Orianne herself (a professional in the sector). The couple and their families lived this experience in an extremely relaxed way, immersed in the unique and spectacular Venice’s atmosphere.
I thank the married couple for entrusting me with this assignment for their very special day, in order to give birth to a memory, that I hope they’ll conserve forever happily. The following photos are a synthetic example of this.
