In the enchanting city of Venice, amidst the timeless canals and romantic bridges, I had the incredible opportunity to document a surprise marriage proposal orchestrated by Moez for his beloved Yesmine. Choosing the iconic setting of a gondola ride, Moez wanted to make this moment truly special.

As the lovely Tunisian couple approached the embarkation point, I seized the chance to blend in seamlessly. Posing as a photographer offering souvenir photos of their gondola journey, I suggested the idea of capturing their special moment.

Passing under the Bridge of Sighs, a banner with a marriage proposal and a shower of rose petals awaited Yesmine at the next bridge. Initially unaware of what was unfolding, she was taken by surprise and moved to tears when Moez, kneeling down, presented the ring. A crowd of curious tourists along the canal eagerly joined in, applauding the joyous occasion.

It was a brilliantly executed surprise that kept Yesmine emotionally engaged throughout one of the most romantic and touching gondola rides I have ever documented.
