Engagement photographer Venice. The engagement photoshoot of Kathleen & Michael, lovely couple from the USA. Autumn love story in Italy.

Michael, from Chicago (USA), got in touch with me a couple months before the trip to Italy he had secretly planned for him and his girlfriend Kathleen.

Kathleen just knew that they were supposed to take a plane, but she didn’t know the landing place, not to mention that she couldn’t imagine he was going to be proposing to her in such a secret destination!

Michael preferred to pop the question far from people and cameras, in a private and intimate way, so he did it the day before in Verona, but he chose Venice (any better place?) for the photoshoot of their engagement.

A warm and sunny autumn day and the outstanding beauty of Venice seemed to be waiting for this amazing couple in love!

We went for a relaxed, beautiful stroll around St. Mark’s Square and some more intimate corners of Venice, crossing little bridges and small secret streets, away from the crowd of tourists (just some solitary gondola passing us by).
