Intimate wedding in Venice: Claudia and Sébastien

Eloping in Venice is a much simpler dream to realize than you might think, even for foreign couples.

If the choice is that of a very intimate and informal wedding, celebrated with a civil ceremony, such as the one for which Claudia and Sèbastien have opted, it is only a matter of completing some paperwork (with the help of a local wedding planner), booking a good photographer for at least a couple of hours and getting ready to enjoy an unforgettable vacation of a few days in the most romantic city in the world.

This amazing French couple, with their two little children (despite their young age) and close relatives, chose Venice as the setting to formalize a happy and lasting union. Despite the “minimal” and fresh formula, however, it was not a mere formality: the wedding ceremony was experienced with true joy and emotion, both by the spouses and their guests.

Venice wanted to give the newlyweds a wonderful spring day, with a perfect climate. At the end of the ceremony, held in Palazzo Cavalli (one of the town hall buildings intended for wedding rites), overlooking the Grand Canal, we strolled in the Rialto area to take some couple and group photos.

Before reaching the family members at the restaurant, the couple wanted to take a moment to themselves, enjoying the beauty of Venice from a privileged point of view, that of the water, thanks to a romantic gondola ride.

A truly delightful couple, to whom my best wishes go for the continuation of their life as a family!
